On the glaze shelf this week!
I finally decided how to glaze my frog bowl, and got a wild inspiration for one of my mugs.

I haven’t done exactly this thing before, but it hit the spot.
Sautéed a yellow bell pepper, then melted some cream cheese in homemade broth. Added cream and marinated gigante beans, which come with their own little pieces of red and green bell peppers. Simmered until very thick and creamy. Added a small amount of tomato paste (not making a tomato sauce, per se, just enough for a hint of tomato), a small amount of garlic sautéed in butter until just fragrant, and a splash of whey. Served with pasta next to some spicy baked chicken.

In a past life, before being married and having kids, I worked in natural building. One build was a little bungalow about an hour from us made of cob and glass bottles. I had to line up the clients drawings to create the shapes he wanted in the walls, but once we built up the walls to roof level I never got to go back to see the final product..
Well my kids randomly ended up becoming friends with kids who happen to live on that property and they got to see the finished product and play in that little casita, 10 years later.. Its a small world

I have a question that, while short, is definitely way more complicated than it might seem:
Can I run my own relay on a proxmox server? If so... How?
I'm... Frightfully ignorant of how to do nostr stuff at a relay level and would like to learn. This is rather intimidating since I make everything much more complicated than it could be if I just paid for a VPS and installed some relay config.
Has anyone done this? Anyone want to help me do this? (I expect the answer to be "heck no!"

Sophia and I tried the fancy Korean strawberries! Or as Paul calls them, “Wagyu strawberries”
They are HIGHLY fragrant, and not just of strawberry, but also of melon.
Their skin is extra smooth, almost like it’s polished, and their texture is not like a normal strawberry, but very smooth, similar to a melon or mango but less dense. It reminded me a lot of the good quality Korean fruit-flavored candy my roommate used to share with me, and makes me want to try a fancy Korean apple sometime (the apple flavor was my favorite)
Somewhat disappointingly, they’re white inside, not red. The other box even had berries with white on the outside of them.
Another disappointment: there was a faint, faint hint of mildew-like “long storage” taste, and no wonder, considering they were shipped from Korea.
I won’t buy again, but I’m glad I tried them, as the powerful fragrance and unique texture were interesting.
Sophia doesn’t seem to be any more interested in them than in normal strawberries (which she likes, but less than blueberries or pawpaws)
