Looking to hire someone to build a built-in Monero (XMR) crypto-tipping plug-in for Mastodon

I want to micro-tip anyone whose post I like or retoot, whether or not they've set up or designated a wallet yet, or not

It has to be open-source, the wallets have to be non-custodial, and it needs a voluntary contribution feature for the owner of the Mastodon instance (eg, maybe 1 cent or less per like/retoot/post, or 1% of every crypto-tip..)
