En Q Folha
Apparently navigating with the keyboard through menus in Firefox and Vivaldi is different? I imagine other Chromium browsers are the same as Vivaldi, too.

I made a simple navbar: a nav element, inside it an anchor, and a list of anchors. All inside a header element.

In Firefox, I can tab away to navigate between links, no problem. Then, I can press down arrow to go to main content.

In Vivaldi, I have to use the arrow keys: down, to reach the navbar, then Shift+Right to go to my other links. Pressing down anywhere in the navbar takes me to the main content, and tab takes me Stars-knows-where.

Is that expected? Am I doing something wrong? Besides putting the navbar inside the header, I think

Edit: it is a setting called "spatial navigation" in Vivaldi.
