It would be great if they could spend some time checking out Ibogaine.

NH News: Psychiatric patients were being held involuntarily in emergency rooms for extended periods of time without due process. The State Supreme Court ruled last month that they couldn't do that for more than three days under NH law.

Senate Health & Human Services Committee just voted down an amendment to add "medical protective custody" as a way for hospitals to keep them a bit longer without a chance for disputing their confinement.

Annotation servers are really cool.

How do they work?

Standards from the W3C working group on web annotation (closed and transformed to a "community" in Feb 2017) w3.org/annotation/

Your average Granite Stater will see the news and continue along with their day, doing what they'd been doing before.

“We have now proven that, in some people, pre-existing T cell memory against common cold coronaviruses can cross-recognize SARS-CoV-2, down to the exact molecular structures,” concluded Dr. Daniela Weiskopf, one of the study’s authors. “This could help explain why some people show milder symptoms of disease while others get severely sick.”
