I've often argued with other libertarians on this. When "conversion therapy" consists solely of counseling, it's speech. Laws against conversion therapy for minors that include a ban on counseling simply can't be justified. https://reason.com/2020/11/20/federal-circuit-court-rules-bans-on-conversion-therapy-for-minors-unconstitutional/
@gmcgath Favoring government-enforced intervention in private individual transactions? This straw man you're arguing against doesn't sound very libertarian at all. No rational libertarian would favor state-imposed limits on individual transactions unless it was to prevent NAP violation or protect rights.
Liberdon is a Mastodon instance for libertarians, ancaps, anarchists, voluntaryists, agorists, etc to sound off without fear of reprisal from jack or zuck. It was created in the wake of the Great Twitter Cullings of 2018, when a number of prominent libertarian accounts were suspended or banned.
