According to Jacob of Construct 3D in the UK, their Joint Control Export Office is looking to Classify 3D Printers as Military Equipment This would made it difficult to export printers and parts outside the UK due to ITAR and sell within the UK Think US CA/NY gun regs oof

Currently the UK has export controls on very high end 3D Printers such as those that can produce metal parts via welding Now they are looking at the more common in the consumer/small business space polymer filament printers and their parts

In September of this year the US move to implement the same Export Controls on Metal 3D Printing and the others that the UK also put export controls on to align with our allies Will the US also follow the UK if they classify all 3D Printers as Military Equipment

Could the Biden ATF use this to classify 3D Printers, consumer/small business, as gun manufacturing machines and/or gun parts on their way out

What is the BIS (Bureau of Industry an Security) under the Department of Commerce Damn, the US Government has a lot of Departments with a ton of sub Bureaus There is likely sub agencies under the Bureaus Damn, that's a huge labyrinthine puzzle of bureaucracy and red tape
