From @freetalklive: We're back with another FCC-free "Freer Talk Live" this Tuesday night at 10pm Eastern after the radio show ends, Twitch-ONLY:

From @freetalklive: Health inspectors in Missouri shut down large food giveaways meant to feed the homeless in Kansas City parks across the city last week, trashing and bleaching some of the food to render it inedible.

From @freetalklive: BOP officials and wardens use objective criteria and a point system to assess risk and would keep doing so under the new law before granting early release.

From @freetalklive: The decision by a federal prosecutor to file an 851 notice is no small thing. When an 851 notice is filed in a drug case, it makes an offender's third felony drug offense—state or federal, no matter how long ago the previous two offenses were—subject to mandatory life in federal prison without the possibility of parole. Judges have no way to deviate from the sentence.

From @freetalklive: Free Talk Live is now hosting the torrent of the documentary "Railroaded: The Targeting & Caging of Ross Ulbricht". Please download and seed with your favorite torrent client:

From @freetalklive: San Diego has an ordinance to license strippers, requiring them to get identification cards to show who they are. Then police got creepy. In 2013 and 2014, police came to two clubs, Cheetah's Gentleman's Club and Exposé, detained strippers for more than an hour, and subjected them to bizarre inspections and lined them up to take their photographs, all using this ordinance as a justification.

From @freetalklive: Raimundo Atesiano, the former Biscayne Park police chief who directed his officers to frame innocent black men for a series of unsolved burglaries, admitted he wanted to appease community leaders and polish the village’s property crimes record.
